80 km from Toulouse, 15 km from Saint-Gaudens, capital of Comminges, the Maison des 3 Chouettes welcomes you to the charming village of Sepx, bordering Castillon-de-Saint-Martory, in the heart of the Petites Pyrénées. Our 3 bedrooms, our suite, the garden and the swimming pool will offer you peace and a southern exposure with a panoramic view of the Pyrenees range. The land of 4000 m² with its pond and its orchard will allow you to rest and enjoy the landscape.

OUR HISTORY
By chance of a meeting during our annual visit to Sepx in 2016, we acquire an old farm in the Comminges region. After a few years of standby, and an unexpected delay due to COVID, it is in June 2020 that the complete renovation work begins. In 2021, Eric asserts his retirement rights and the Guest House project is then imposed on Carole as a professional retraining project. It took 18+ months of work to rehabilitate the entire building, develop the outside and finalize the implementation of a swimming pool.
The house was therefore completely renovated in 2020 to offer you all the comfort of 4 totally independent rooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. It was at the beginning of the work that a nest of Chouette Effraie was discovered with 3 small white balls in the warmth of an old partition.
A makeshift nest was made for them in the shelter of the construction site and they remained there until they were vigorous enough, fed by their parents that we have never seen, to fly on their own wings and leave the nest one fine morning in the summer of 2020...
"La Maison des 3 Chouettes (The House of the 3 Owls)" was born!
After the nesting season, the majority of young disperse within 20km of the place of birth and it is common for them to live there for the rest of their lives. We have seen them at least twice since then, be attentive and maybe you will have the chance to meet these beautiful white ladies, princesses of the night. To date, he would remain in France between 20,000 and 50,000 couples.
